Requirements

• BSc/MA in a quantitative discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with A/B testing and advanced statistical methods.
• Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience building predictive and causal inference models.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for business insights.
