In Short

• Full-time remote customer support role.
• Assist customers with queries through HelpScout and live chat.
• Help customers create and customize reports.
• Support merchants in scheduling reports in Google Sheets.
• Investigate and explain financial report results.
• Address feature requests and app usage questions.
• Record videos demonstrating app functionality.
• Occasionally write documentation for app features.
• Rarely conduct phone/video calls with larger customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer support.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
