Overview

As a Systems Administrator (DevOps), you will handle the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DevOps servers and systems, ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Interact with project teams and clients for DevOps recommendations.
• Setup and manage Cloud servers and software systems.
• Maintain product CI/CD pipelines to ensure no downtime.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Ensure IT security meets project and business needs.
• Document infrastructure setups and processes.
• Setup and manage domain, hosting, and email accounts.
• Provide support for M365 and Google workspaces.
• Troubleshoot internal systems and network devices.
• Train new system users and manage IT assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure administration.
• Experience with PCs, Laptops, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with domain & hosting consoles (WHM, cPanel, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in IT security systems management.
• Good English communication and email writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Client and vendor handling and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
