Training and Documentation Officer for AML/CFT - Remote

Overview

As a Training and Documentation Officer for LCB-FT, you will join the Legal, Compliance, and AML team, ensuring onboarding and training for new team members while updating and delivering training materials.

In Short

• Ensure onboarding of new team members within the LCB-FT department
• Design, update, and deliver training materials for internal teams
• Facilitate training sessions for department staff and internal partners
• Contribute to the annual update of e-learning content for LCB-FT compliance
• Develop and distribute the LCB-FT newsletter to all employees
• Monitor participation and completion rates of training programs
• Regularly update existing LCB-FT processes and procedures
• Ensure dissemination of up-to-date documentation to relevant staff
• Act as an operational liaison for questions related to training and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business or related field
• AML related certification (ACAMS, ICA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Successful professional experience in AML Compliance, and training/documentation roles
• Strong writing, communication/presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for non-experts
• Strong command of Confluence, Power Point, Sharepoint, Word, Excel
• Fluent in English
