In Short

• Lead complex product initiatives across your area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling product features and experiences
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company strategy
• Define success metrics and build data-driven feedback loops
• Identify opportunities for product improvements through customer research and market analysis
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations for successful product delivery
• Influence stakeholders by effectively communicating product vision and strategy
• Coach and mentor junior product managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering successful products
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity
