Overview

We are looking for a team member in the Infrastructure, HVAC & MSR technology department for Planning & Investment. The classification in TV-N Berlin will depend on work experience.

Requirements

• Completed scientific degree (Master or Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Supply, or Building Technology, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience
• Fluent German (C1 level)
• In-depth knowledge of building technology and regulations (e.g., DIN standards, VOB)
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex projects for the maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Expertise in creating binding specifications for maintenance, renewal, and expansion programs
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with a high quality awareness
• Enjoy working in a team
