HR Systems Expert - Focus on Workday HR (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee for the HR IT department. You will ensure the optimal use and further development of our digital HR products.

• Responsible for the adjustment and optimization of Workday modules.
• Analyze requirements and implement new Workday functions for efficient processes.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Workday HR or similar HR systems.
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and proficient English.
• Knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence Management).
• Experience in process design and optimization in HR.
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills in complex systems.
