HR Systems Expert - Focus on Workday HR - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated employee for our HR IT department. This is a permanent position available in full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time. The classification will be based on work experience.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Workday HR or similar HR systems
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and solid English skills
• Knowledge of one of the Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence Management, Compensation)
• Experience in HR process design and optimization
• Technical understanding and ability to analyze errors in complex systems
