Requirements
9-12 years of experience in the music industry.
Deep knowledge of the global music market and digital landscape.
Successful experience in P&L ownership and team management.
Existing network of industry contacts.
Proven negotiation skills and business development experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a multicultural environment; Spanish fluency is a plus.
BS/BA degree or higher.
