Overview

The Associate Director of R&D Data Governance will lead the implementation of governance frameworks, guide data stewards, and ensure data quality and compliance across R&D teams, leveraging innovative AI technologies to enhance data practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in data stewardship or governance, preferably in Pharma R&D.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in R&D data domains and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data governance and management platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate the business value of governed data products.
