BCBA Case Management Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This role is a non-clinical, administrative leadership position responsible for overseeing case management operations, workflows, and compliance support across BH Field. The role ensures consistency, efficiency, and quality in how cases are managed, while supporting Case Managers and collaborating closely with Clinical Leadership, HR, and Operations.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day case management operations across BH Field
• Monitor case manager task completion (documentation, follow-ups, transitions, authorizations support, and others)
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
• Serve as a point of contact for Case Managers for operational questions
• Support onboarding and training of new Case Managers (admin/process side)
• Provide guidance using BCBA-level judgment (without clinical supervision)
• Collaborate with internal teams for different matters.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Experience working with case management, authorizations, and operations
• Excellent organization, communication, and systems-thinking skills
• Bilingual in ENG/SPA
• Experience in remote ABA operations
