Overview

Beginnings Credit Union (Beginnings) is in search of a skilled Member Solutions Representative. This individual will provide prompt, friendly, professional, accurate service to members who contact the credit union using various methods.

In Short

• Provide outstanding service to members through various inbound and outbound channels.
• Work efficiently to assist members in a calm and professional manner.
• Responsible for member satisfaction by addressing all financial needs.
• Resolve member issues within the position's level of authority.
• Direct members to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Complete all training and keep abreast of company policy changes.
• Participate in Saturday rotation and work additional hours as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales or referral goals.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Zero to six months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Provide prompt and professional service through multiple platforms.
• Available for member inquiries through various communication methods.
• Process member transactions accurately.
• Maintain a positive attitude and spirit of teamwork.
• Successfully sell and refer credit union products and services.
