Communication & Content Manager (Freelance) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Communication & Content Manager for a maternity leave replacement starting in mid-September 2025 for a minimum duration of 6 months (contract or freelance). This is a key position at the heart of our brand strategy, responsible for conveying Beem's voice with coherence, creativity, and impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication, brand content, or writing.
• Strong writing skills with a creative and impactful style.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of business and marketing performance issues.
• Analytical mindset to track results and optimize content.
• Autonomous, organized, and energetic personality.
• Bonus: Experience in start-ups or scale-ups.
• Interest in energy, climate, tech impact, or responsible consumption.
• Familiarity with Notion, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
