Website & Content Management Assistant - Remote

Overview

Support our App & Website and Marketing teams as freelance contractors (20h/week) starting July 1st. This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for an established freelancer.

In Short

• Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress
• Implement and test responsive designs that work across all devices
• Set up and manage email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign
• Build and edit online courses in WordPress (LearnDash)
• Prepare course materials (subtitles, translations, course structure)
• Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit
• Prepare content for translation into 4 different languages (English, German, French, Spanish)
• Coordinate tasks with translators
• Must be available Monday-Friday for urgent fixes and updates
• Consistent 20-hour-per-week workload

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management
• Practical web design skills using Elementor and other page builders
• Basic experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign preferred)
• Fluent in English (German, Spanish and/or French a plus)
• Proficient with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Based in Europe (or European time zone)
• Must be an established freelancer with business registration and ability to issue invoices
• Proven track record of reliable, long-term client relationships
