Product Manager for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) in EMEA - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager, you will champion BD's Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) solutions, driving the commercial strategy for PAD offerings in the EMEA region to achieve strategic and financial targets.

In Short

• Manage overall product portfolio including value proposition and pricing.
• Drive market launches and promotional campaigns for PAD products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and PAD Product Managers.
• Develop market-specific strategies with country marketing teams.
• Conduct market research and customer visits to gather insights.
• Support the Sales team as the Subject Matter Expert.
• Create marketing collateral that reflects brand essence.
• Maintain a competitive intelligence database for the portfolio.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of strategic marketing experience, preferably in MedTech.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing preferred.
• Ability to translate market complexities into marketing strategies.
• Strong decision-making and accountability skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a desire for self-development.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
