Overview

The Service Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts and equipment across service teams, warehouses, and customer locations, acting as a key interface between field resources and supply chain teams.

In Short

• Coordinate parts order management and field support.
• Act as a liaison between Field Service Engineers and supply chain teams.
• Monitor and manage backorders and sourcing decisions.
• Support reverse logistics processes and conduct SAP transactions.
• Generate and distribute key reports for logistics performance.
• Manage distribution channels and delivery delays.
• Provide support and guidance to offshore resources.
• Coordinate dispatch of FSEs to customer locations.
• Act as a backup for fulfilling Single Swap product orders.
• Work in a warehouse environment and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Experience with logistics coordination and field service operations.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax or similar tools.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
