• Join BDR as a Senior Technical Recruiter to support federal government contracts.

• Recruit across various technical disciplines in IT and professional services.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize diverse recruitment tools and methods to identify candidates.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and document candidate interactions.
• Negotiate compensation and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
• Participate in tech conferences to network with IT professionals.
• Promote BDR's reputation as a great place to work.
• Stay updated on technological trends and solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 4+ years in federal government contracting recruiting.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of HR laws and federal contracting regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
