The Senior Director of ISC Finance at BD will provide financial leadership for the MMS business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic budgeting while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting/FP&A experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems (HFM, SAP, JDE, BPC).
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the medical/life sciences industry preferred.
