Overview

The Director of Quality Management at BD is responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance programs for pre-production supplier qualification and capability development, ensuring compliance with medical device standards.

• Deep knowledge of medical device regulations (MDD/MDR, ISO 13485).
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting initiatives.
