ServiceNow Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

BCMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management Training Specialist for an immediate opportunity to support the ServiceNow development and engineering program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies and programs to support community stakeholder training initiatives based on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration capabilities / features.

In Short

• Develop and implement effective training strategies and programs.
• Create training programs using the ADDIE instructional model.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and needs analysis for training program.
• Responsible for material creation and document management.
• Conduct live and recorded digital training sessions.
• Manage the training program and report attendance statistics.
• Facilitate internal new hire onboarding training.
• Currently using Google Suite, Smartsheets, ServiceNow, 8x8, Zendesk, and MS Teams.
• 5+ years' of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• 5+ years' of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong Federal experience with different agencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency in using training development tools and software.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning development tools.
• Experience with microlearning video development using Camtasia desired.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to travel as required.
