As an HR intern, you will work directly at the interface between talent, companies, and products. You will learn how modern recruiting works: data-driven, digital, and with real impact. No watching, but real responsibility. 🚀

• Support the team in building and scaling our talent pool.
• Post and optimize job advertisements on various channels.
• Conduct structured initial phone interviews with candidates.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university.
• German language skills at least at C1 level.
• Interest in HR, recruiting, personnel marketing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, including over the phone.
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute.
