In Short

• Support the Operations team in Fulfillment and Customer Support.
• Assist with onboarding new customers.
• Maintain and upload item lists and master data.
• Manage our support tool (e.g., ticket system).
• Provide technical support to customers in setting up our app (on-site & remote).
• Maintain the knowledge base and internal content.
• Contribute to operational processes around our customers.
• Structured training and onboarding provided.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a business, technical, or communication-related field.
• First professional experiences (e.g., internships, student jobs, or part-time jobs) are a plus but not a must.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are eager to take on responsibility.
• You are comfortable using online tools or learn quickly when something is new.
• You are interested in digital processes, software, and ideally also in new technologies like AI tools – but you don't have to be a tech pro.
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally – whether in the team or with customers.
