Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Liaison

Overview

The RN Clinical Field Staff Liaison provides support to clinicians in the field, ensuring compliance and quality in the delivery of home health services.

In Short

• Remote position requiring work every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license in Kentucky.
• Three years of RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Responsible for monitoring compliance and quality of services.
• Act as a resource for field staff and patients.
• Participate in on-call and evening/weekend shifts as needed.
• Facilitate communication between field staff, physicians, and patients.
• Implement quality improvement programs in the field.
• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kentucky.
• Three years of RN experience in acute care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Detail-oriented and observant.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
