We have an opportunity for a Senior professional in Genesys Cloud to work on internal projects, including omnichannel and automated services.

In Short

• Work on internal projects in Genesys Cloud.
• Analyze business requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Validate integrations with APIs.
• Generate technical documentation for projects.
• Develop URA flows and routing in Architect, including bots and AI.
• Support the QA team.
• Publish in different environments and maintain code versioning.
• Manage configurations related to the Genesys and Cloud platform.
• Monitor and suggest improvements for platform services.
• Troubleshoot issues and incidents.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Genesys Cloud projects.
• Experience in Architect for omnichannel flows and bots.
• Knowledge of telecom and used protocols.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Good relationship with vendors and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
