Full Stack Developer (Affirmative Vacancy for Black and Brown People) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our insurance systems development team.

In Short

• Create and maintain high-quality code, following best practices for secure development;
• Actively participate in the agile rituals of our Squad and Insurance Tribe;
• Collaborate to achieve the goals of our business unit;
• Plan the necessary effort for deliveries with the squad;
• Help define the development strategy, applying best practices to ensure excellence in our work.

Requirements

• Experience with Java, HTML, and CSS, as well as knowledge of databases such as MySql, Sybase, or SqlServer;
• Master frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular 2+, and be familiar with microservices architectures;
• Using version control tools like Git and GitFlow, as well as implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, will be part of your daily routine;
• Handle messaging using PubSub, Kafka, and MemoryStore;
• Monitor application performance with tools like Dynatrace and Kibana;
• Working in an agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA will be essential for success in this role.

Benefits

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS, APIs with APIGEE, cloud computing on the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) will be a plus;
• Experience with AI tools like Gemini, Copilot, and Gemini Code Assist.
