Overview

This role involves working with the Unified Billing team within the HR Platform organization to create a simple billing process for BambooHR’s customers, requiring collaboration with various teams and managing complex solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience working with technical teams.
• Ability to communicate product decisions clearly.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
• Ability to balance self-action with stakeholder engagement.
• Bonus: Experience with billing products.
