Overview

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and elevate Bamboo’s brand story through our social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, campaigns and product launches.

In Short

• You will uphold and evolve Bamboo’s visual identity across all public-facing communications.
• Contribute to and advocate for Bamboo’s Brand standards.
• Continuously refine design concepts to ensure Bamboo remains relevant and relatable.
• Work closely with teams to craft compelling storytelling that resonates with customers.
• Conceptualize and create designs for various marketing assets.
• Lead all stages of the design process from concept to final execution.
• Pair words and visuals thoughtfully to enhance Bamboo’s brand narrative.
• Design connected, modular systems for efficient design processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Brand Design.
• Deep understanding of the psychology behind user experiences.
• Experience in integrating interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of design systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to advance decisions.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled communicator with a positive attitude.
