Content Marketing Specialist (Tech/Startups) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a content plan that positions a founder and his creative innovation studio as thought leaders in branding, venture capital, and regulated industries. This part-time, remote role offers flexibility and the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

In Short

• Create and manage a content strategy and editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially other platforms.
• Write thought leadership articles, blog posts, and social media content that builds authority and drives engagement.
• Schedule posts and collaborate with the in-house design team to support visual content.
• Conduct online outreach and networking to connect with potential investors, clients, and partners.
• Track content performance and adjust strategies based on results.

Requirements

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a background in branding and positioning; with at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms—especially LinkedIn and its algorithms.
• Familiarity with venture capital, startups, blockchain, or regulated industries.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make content decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with direct communication.
• Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.) for creating simple graphics.
• Bonus: Experience working in both corporate and startup environments.
