Overview

The Social Media & Reputation Analyst will be the voice of our brand across various social media platforms, creating content and engaging with communities while assisting with reputation management.

• Remote flexibility based in Metro Manila.
• Engage with audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Create content and manage social media channels.
• Assist in online reputation management.
• Monitor social media campaigns and flag issues.
• Conduct influencer outreach and manage email marketing initiatives.
• Document processes and strategies for internal reference.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and backup devices.
• Full-time hours required, 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in social media or engagement marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in marketing is a plus.
• Must have a backup laptop and reliable internet connection.
