Ballotpedia is seeking a detail-oriented, 100% remote Communications Associate, Email Marketing & Newsletter Publishing, to support the delivery and growth of our email newsletter and email marketing programs.

In Short

• Coordinate and distribute Ballotpedia’s daily, weekly, and monthly email newsletters.
• Support targeted email communications to specific audiences.
• Maintain newsletter templates and email signup forms.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control across all email communications.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to Ballotpedia’s public editorial inbox.
• Assist with gathering and reporting key email performance metrics.
• Contribute to additional Communications team projects.
• Provide occasional support for video publishing and social media coordination.
• Work remotely from home with flexible scheduling.
