Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and data-obsessed Email Marketing Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. Your primary focus will be to help drive customer retention, revenue growth, and brand loyalty through highly effective email and SMS marketing.

  • Drive customer retention and revenue growth through email and SMS marketing.
  • Build and manage email automation strategies and flows in Klaviyo.
  • Develop campaign strategies and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and optimizations.
  • Ensure email deliverability and manage segmentation within Klaviyo.
  • Implement A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo for flows, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Strong project management and QA skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Bonus: Basic Figma, HTML, or copywriting skills.
