Overview

We’re looking for someone passionate about elevating customer experience through email marketing—an often-overlooked touchpoint. We need a reliable executor who can coordinate well with the founders.

In Short

• Understand customer needs and create relevant email campaigns
• Develop and discuss strategy with the founders
• Write content using creative materials
• Utilize tools such as Shopify, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
• Track and analyze email performance, then optimize accordingly
• Create after-sales emails to improve customer retention
• Develop strategies to upsell through email

Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Receptive to feedback
• Strong work ethic and comfort in a fast-paced startup
• Clear, timely communicator
• Able to collaborate closely with founders
