Overview

As a Business Product Owner (BPO) at The Baldwin Group, you will serve as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, owning the product backlog for value streams aligned with the client journey.

• Familiarity with agile and lean product development principles.
• Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Preferred experience in insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of AI-native tools and platform-based product development.
• Ability to evaluate features based on feasibility and value.
