In Short

• Act as a mini-CEO for a product in the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to understand their business goals and feedback.
• Monitor customer health scores and address potential concerns.
• Define product vision and strategy with the Product Owner.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with various teams.
• Implement improvements to enhance product efficiency.
• Keep an eye on cost structures for savings opportunities.
• Streamline customer support processes.
• Work in a flexible, autonomous environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management in B2B.
• Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
• Client-facing experience with various stakeholders.
• Ability to understand complex processes and create tailored solutions.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on enhancing satisfaction.
• Ability to create compelling presentations.
• Experience in startups, consulting, or logistics is a plus.
