We design and innovate centrifugal, axial, reciprocating compressor and turboexpander products for our global customers.

In Short

• Lead design activities and reviews for compressor and turboexpander products.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide engineering support throughout the technical project life-cycle.
• Deliver technical documentation and drawings consistent with engineering policies.
• Oversee relationships with global and local vendors for timely delivery.
• Utilize Model Based Engineering for design and technical documentation.
• Mentor and motivate teams in a technical environment.
• Travel to international locations for customer site work.
• Work with cutting-edge technology in energy production.
• Contribute to innovations in turbomachinery design.

Requirements

• Solid Engineering background in Mechanical, Thermodynamic or Fluid Dynamic.
• Experience in an Engineering organization or environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Unigraphics.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Familiarity with FEA and CFD.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
