Overview

As a Media Buyer at BAD Marketing, you will manage paid acquisition for multiple clients, focusing on strategic campaign management and performance optimization across Meta and potentially Google Ads.

  • Own paid acquisition across a pod of 5-8 clients with significant daily budgets.
  • Proactively manage and optimize ad accounts without waiting for instructions.
  • Communicate performance metrics and insights clearly to clients and team members.
  • Utilize funnel math to inform campaign decisions and scaling strategies.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional pod including a strategist and copywriter.
  • Handle client-facing interactions regarding ad performance and strategy.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and utilize data analysis tools effectively.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Manage ad disapprovals and billing issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of media buying experience with significant daily spend management.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and familiarity with Google Ads.
  • Experience with third-party attribution platforms.
  • Understanding of how ad metrics relate to business outcomes.
  • Experience with launch campaigns and budget phasing.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in written formats.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfort with direct feedback and high performance expectations.
  • Willingness to stay current on industry trends and platform updates.
