Overview

The Manager of Clinical Services and Operations provides day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring that Backpack Health’s clinical teams deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient care.

• Oversee day-to-day operations for all clinical programs.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support program leaders in managing caseload distribution and scheduling.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing and professional development.
• Implement systems to optimize service delivery.
• Drive initiatives for staff engagement and clinical excellence.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication.
• Contribute to budget management and resource allocation.
• Maintain clinical availability for new intakes.
• Provide leadership coverage in absence of key members.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree with unrestricted licensure.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-master’s clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in virtual healthcare.
• Experience designing digital clinical initiatives.
• Proven success in overseeing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strategic thinker with a systems orientation.
• Experience with data-driven performance improvement.
