They are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.

In Short

• Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Danish market.
• Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements

• Native or full professional level of Danish.
• Full professional level of English.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills that allow you to connect with customers clearly and effectively.
• A warm, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
• A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively.
• Not afraid to ask questions, and bring forward new ideas!
