Sustainability Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to meaningful change and help advance our sustainability efforts within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, review and report on sustainability data.
• Initiate and support sustainability initiatives across multiple business segments.
• Provide input for internal and external communication messaging.
• Stay updated on evolving legislative requirements.
• Refine sustainability strategy and reporting.
• Research industry best practices.
• Create awareness to embed sustainability thinking in business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a sustainability coordinator or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and structured work approach.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Understanding of business operations and financial implications.
• Effective communication in English; Dutch proficiency is an asset.
