• Lead and grow a team of security engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software or security engineering.
• 2+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong background in at least one InfoSec domain.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
• Hands-on understanding of modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with secure SDLC practices and security tooling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership style valuing empathy and inclusion.
