Trade Compliance Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking Trade Compliance Lawyers to join our bench of attorneys working for our F500-ranked clients in the aerospace, defense and life sciences industries.

In Short

• Provide legal guidance and support on export controls, sanctions, customs compliance, and trade regulations.
• Conduct reviews of international trade transactions to identify compliance risks.
• Conduct investigations and draft voluntary disclosures.
• Advise on trade compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in international trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export controls and trade laws.
• Ability to stay current on changes to trade laws.
• Active bar license preferred but not required.
