Overview

We are currently seeking Renewable Energy Lawyers to work with our global energy clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in renewable energy law, with expertise in advising clients on project development, financing, regulatory compliance, and transactions in the renewable energy sector.

In Short

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on renewable energy projects.
• Advise on regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating renewable energy transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing documentation.
• Active bar license required.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations in the sector.
• Utilities experience preferred.
• Experience with land rights and financing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
