Overview

We are currently seeking Healthcare Lawyers to work with Healthcare and Life Sciences corporations.

• Identifying and analyzing risks and delivering practical, creative solutions to business and regulatory issues.
• Providing compliance advice related to market access and pricing (Medicaid/Medicare).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences industries.
• Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts.
• Transactional healthcare experience with acquisitions and contracts.
• Experience conducting internal corporate investigations.
• Familiarity with U.S. privacy law, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Active bar membership in the state of practice.
