Overview

The Salesforce Senior Technical Architect is responsible for designing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, providing recommendations for best practices, and ensuring high-quality implementations.

In Short

Design quality, scalable solutions on Salesforce platform.
Conduct health checks and provide recommendations.
Participate in Design Authority meetings.
Map future platform capabilities to customer requirements.
Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations.
Review business and technical design documentation.
Perform proofs of concept (POCs).
Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Experience Cloud or Field Service.
