Overview

The Copy Editor will support customer success by ensuring that support content is clear, consistent, and effective. This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts to enhance the quality and usability of knowledge articles and Community content.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional copyediting experience.
• Proficiency in AP, Chicago or Microsoft writing style guides.
• Strong understanding of plain language and UX writing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with editorial style guides and checklists.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive language.
• Excellent attention to detail.
