• Seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer invoices and collections.
• Reconcile inventory transactions and assist in counts.
• Support annual audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Manage financial reporting related to grants and public funding.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Dutch accounting standards.
• Experience supporting audit processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
