Overview

As a QA Team Lead at Awesome Motive, you’ll join the Thrive Themes team where you’ll lead a small QA team consisting of both manual testers and automated engineers, and help ensure that we ship quality, bug free code on time.

• Lead a QA team of manual and automated testers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in web-software quality assurance.
• 3+ years in automated browser testing frameworks.
• Experience leading a small QA team.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience with PHP and API testing.
• Ability to write clear test plans and cases.
• Familiarity with Git and test automation.
• Experience using AI tools for testing.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Personal Computer with Internet Access.
