Overview

Avidity Biosciences is seeking a Medical Value Liaison to engage with key managed market decision-makers and drive the health economic value proposition of its therapies.

In Short

• Build and maintain relationships with managed market decision-makers.
• Foster partnerships with commercial and government payers.
• Collaborate with Market Access and HEOR teams.
• Drive medical value strategies and develop medical plans.
• Provide education on disease states and product value.
• Present health value propositions to payer audiences.
• Collect insights from payer engagements.
• Represent Avidity at advisory boards and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage priorities within a broad geography.

Requirements

• PharmD/PhD/MD required, with fellowships in HEOR.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 6+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Expertise in pre-launch and launch activities.
• Proven track record in building relationships with payers.
• Strong understanding of managed care and market access dynamics.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented individual.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
