As the Director of Statistical Innovation and Modeling at Avidity Biosciences, you will lead efforts in utilizing advanced statistical methods to enhance data-driven insights in clinical and real-world settings, ultimately contributing to drug development and regulatory decision-making.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Statistics or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience in drug development.
• At least 8 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, and real-world evidence analysis.
• Ability to make independent decisions in methodology selection.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R and SAS.
• Experience with innovative statistical methodologies and data science.
