Overview

Braviant is looking for an Associate Director level leader with a player/coach mentality and who is deeply familiar with and knowledgeable in the state-of-the-art statistical modeling, specifically for classification problems in credit risk and marketing.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in statistical modeling.
• Experience in credit risk and marketing classification problems.
• Familiarity with Boosting, Random Forest, and XG Boost.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in a tech-enabled financial services environment is a plus.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
